Thanks for your interest in BatchBlue! I'm Stephanie, the Customer On-Boarding Specialist for BatchBlue Software. Detailed information about our security can be found in our FAQs http://support.batchblue.com/support/category.php?id=14. But at a high level: our servers are hosted and managed by Rackspace, an equally customer-centric company and a recognized leader in the industry. Daily backups are run on accounts, and you have control over who accesses your data on your end via the Your Account link in your BatchBook account.

If you have more questions, please write to us at support@batchblue.com and we'll be happy to help!

Hi Dean, glad you found the post.

Regarding BatchBook's capabilities, I'm not subject to the same requirements that you, as a financial advisor (and someone whose tweets are included on AdvisorTweets.com), would be. I've asked someone from BatchBlue to respond to your questions.

Wow, thanks for this. Seems like they've really built a better mousetrap here. Up to 10 users for 100 per month?? We use Goldmine and needless to say, it cost a little more than that.. Do you know any FAs that are using this? Does it pass muster as far as online security goes? Have you looked at their backup system, etc.? Very interesting - Thanks! Dean
